The main responsibility of the recruiter is to source and recruit Oracle consultants with technical,

functional skills in HRMS, Financial, and Manufacturing. In addition to this also source for skills

like CRM, ERP & Administrative positions.



Level 3 Communications LLC. – Broomfield, CO (7/2005 to 10/2005)

Title : Recruiter (contract)

Level3 is an international communications and information services company. It is one of the largest

communications and Internet backbones in the world. They provide wholesale dial-up service to

ISPs in North America and is the primary provider of Internet connectivity for broadband

subscribers through its cable and DSL partners.

The main responsibility of the recruiter was to source and hire for open positions with the Corporate

Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal & IT divisions. The responsibilities also included

working closely with the hiring managers to open the requisitions, fill the positions & deliver status

reports on a weekly basis to the HR team.

Starz is the largest provider of premium movie services in the United States. It is a subsidiary of

Liberty Media Corporation. The main responsibilities of Manager Staffing & Recruitment included

co-development of recruiting strategies for various positions with the hiring managers, initiating
